Working hours
- You
will work 32 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. - First four weeks of onboarding: 8:00 to
17:00 - Afterwards, flexible working hours
between 7:30 and 18:00 - Onboarding takes
approximately three months, during which you will work fully on
site with the support of a buddy - After
onboarding, you will work in a hybrid schedule: three days in the
office and two days from home - During

Take
the next step in your customer service career as a
Customer Care Specialist at
Boston Scientific in
Kerkrade. In this role, you will
support German-speaking customers by
resolving administrative and financial inquiries while working
closely with colleagues across Europe. You'll begin with
straightforward administrative tasks and gradually develop into
handling more complex customer cases, giving you plenty of

Your tasks
include:
- Processing and handling
administrative customer inquiries for the German market - Investigating questions related to invoices,
deliveries, orders and credit notes - Coordinating solutions with colleagues from
Customer Care, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Logistics and Sales - Maintaining mainly outbound communication with
customers regarding the progress of their cases - Recording customer information and follow-up
actions in company systems - Identifying
recurring issues and contributing to process improvements - Developing your expertise by progressing from
basic administrative tasks to more complex investigations and
invoice disputes

Functie-eisen
- At least an mbo level 4 working and thinking level
- Fluent German language skills (C1/C2 level or
native speaker) - Good command of the English
language (minimum B2 level) - Experience in
customer service, finance support, billing or dispute resolution is
preferred - Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
and Excel (experience with SAP is an advantage) - Ability to switch quickly between different
systems - Accurate and solution-oriented way of
working - Strong communication skills and
willingness to learn
