About the role:

The Capital Equipment (CE) and Customer Care (CC) data analyst will be responsible for engaging with the CC and CE Analytics Product owner and the CC and CE Analytics Business Analysts (BAs) 
to deliver the right analytics to our internal and external customers.

What we are looking for:

⦁ Translates data into the right format that can be consumed based on the needs of our internal and external customers. 
⦁ Works with the BAs and Product owners to deliver the experience required to meet customer needs.
⦁ Works with Data engineers/scientists to understand how the data assets/models and/or back-end algorithms are created in order to provide the output correctly and efficiently. 
⦁ Develops themselves to become experts in the various tools that can be utilized to enable users to make the best use of our data/data models/algorithms. Engages in forums outside of BSC to understand best practices and new potential solutions that can drive value. 
⦁ Partners with IT, the CC and CE Automation team and others as required. Creates partnerships external to BSC where new value can be unlocked.

Education/Experience requirements:
⦁ A technical degree (whether in IT, Engineering, Sciences or otherwise) or equivalent working experience
⦁ Experience in successfully delivering data through various media to meet simple and complex needs.
⦁ Experience in Tableau/Power BI or equivalent.
⦁ Experience in creation of complex GUIs/interfaces (plus).
⦁ Experience in using AI tools for interaction/front end purposes (plus).
