As Manager – Technical Site Services you will play a pivotal role in our Site Operating Team, directly reporting to the Operations Manager. Independently manage site projects, act as a liaison for plant changes, and oversee small multidisciplinary changes Contractor Management: Supervise and manage contractors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective project execution Change Process Management: Lead and monitor the Management of Change (MoC) processes Utility & Facility Oversight: Handle utility management, technical procurement, facility services, and act as the IT site contact person Team Leadership: Manage the maintenance department and collaborate across various disciplines within the site Educational Background: HBO degree in electrical engineering Professional Experience: Proven track record in a production environment and familiarity with SAP-PM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is essential, and knowledge of AutoCad is advantageous Communication Skills: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) and the ability to effectively communicate across various site disciplines.
