Job Description
As a Marketing & Sales Associate, you will contribute to strengthening our brand and supporting our sales process in Europe. You will have a versatile role where you will work both strategically and operationally. Your main responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies;
- Organizing events, trade shows, and conferences;
- Maintaining and coordinating our social media and corporate identity;
- Analyzing market data and preparing reports;
- Supporting account managers and managing customer portals.

Job Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic B2B marketing professional with experience in a similar role. You have a hands-on mentality and can work both strategically and practically to help the company grow in Europe.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German (French/Italian is a plus);
- Analytical and result-oriented with attention to detail;
- Creative in developing campaigns and proactive in initiating new ideas;
- Strong organizational skills and experience in project coordination;
- Proficient in MS Office, Canva, website management, and AI tools;
- Commercial mindset and a true team player, with the ability to work independently.
