A leading global healthcare organisation is seeking a Director / Senior Director of Finance Operations to lead controllership, governance, and finance operations across the EMEA region. This is a high-profile leadership role with a strong focus on finance transformation, automation and AI-driven process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Significant experience leading Finance Operations, Controllership or Regional Finance functions within a multinational organisation.

A strong track record of delivering large-scale finance transformation projects, including ERP, automation, or operating model redesign initiatives.

Deep knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, compliance, and audit management.

Experience working within Global Business Services or Shared Services environments.

Proven success leading large, geographically dispersed finance teams within a matrix structure.

Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level.

Candidate Profile

You will be an experienced finance leader with a strong background in finance operations, controllership, and large-scale transformation within a multinational environment. Experience of shared services, automation and AI-enabled finance solutions is highly desirable.
