A Day in the Life
The Medtronic site located in Kerkrade, the Netherlands, is positioned close to the EMEA Distribution Centre as well as the Bakken Research Centre. The site is being transformed into a high-performance, data-driven, and connected manufacturing environment, supporting cleanroom operations and critical medical device production.
We are looking for a Senior Maintenance & Facilities Technician – Mechanical and Electrical All-Rounder who will bring hands-on technical expertise, a pragmatic mindset, and a solution-oriented approach. This senior-level role focuses on mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations on the shop floor. This role complements the coordination-focused technician role and emphasizes technical depth, versatility, and reliable execution. The successful candidate will work across mechanical, electrical, and basic control systems, maintaining production uptime and supporting cleanroom operations.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik: Netherlands: 52,000.00 EUR – 78,000.00 EUR | This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
